Job Description
- Contract Strategy and Planning: Develop and implement a comprehensive contract strategy aligned with organizational goals and objectives. This includes identifying opportunities for standardization, consolidation, and improvement of contract processes.
- Contract Negotiation and Drafting: Oversee Lead contract negotiations with external parties, ensuring favorable terms and conditions while minimizing risks. Draft and review complex contracts, including but not limited to vendor agreements, client contracts, partnership agreements, and service level agreements (SLAs).
- Compliance and Legal Oversight: Ensure contracts comply with legal and regulatory requirements, as well as internal policies and procedures. Collaborate with legal counsel and compliance officers to address legal issues and ensure contract enforceability.
