Job Description
- Operational Excellence Strategy: Develop and implement a strategic plan for procurement operational excellence, aligned with the organization's overall goals and objectives.
- Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvement within the procurement lifecycle, including sourcing, contracting, purchasing, and supplier management. Implement Lean, Six Sigma, or other methodologies to streamline processes and eliminate waste.
- Performance Metrics: Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure procurement performance and effectiveness. Monitor and analyze data to identify trends, areas for improvement, and opportunities for cost savings.
- Technology Utilization: Leverage procurement technologies, systems, and tools to enhance efficiency and decision-making. Evaluate, recommend, and implement new technologies that improve procurement operations and support digital transformation initiatives.
