Job Description
- Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement long-term procurement strategies that align with the company's business objectives and lead a high-performing procurement team, fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
- Technical and Commercial Oversight: Ensure thorough technical evaluations and assessments of products, services, and software to meet the company's technical requirements and oversee the negotiation of contracts, ensuring favorable terms that meet both technical and commercial standards.
- Vendor and Supplier Management: Establish and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers and vendors, evaluate supplier performance, manage risks, and ensure compliance with quality standards and contractual obligations, and drive initiatives for supplier development and innovation.
