Job Description

Supervise the HVAC maintenance team to ensure high-performance delivery

Oversee preventive and reactive maintenance tasks for HVAC systems

Ensure compliance with HVAC codes and safety regulations

Conduct regular inspections and coordinate necessary repairs

Oversee quality control of HVAC installations and repairs

Train, mentor, and supervise HVAC technicians to maintain high standards of performance and safety

Manage work orders, maintenance records, and budgets

Coordinate with the HVAC Engineer on major HVAC projects and upgrades
