Position Overview:

We are looking for an Amazon FBA Inventory Specialist with deep knowledge of FBA on Amazon. The ideal candidate is passionate about Amazon ecommerce and online sales and has a knack for optimizing product listings and driving sales on Amazon. As an Amazon FBA Specialist you will manage and optimize all aspects of our Amazon FBA operations playing a crucial role in maximizing sales optimizing product listings ensuring inventory management and improving overall performance on the Amazon platform.

Key Responsibilities:

• FBA Optimization:
  • Daily inventory management of our Amazon FBA account.
  • Generate FBA shipment plans and communicate with our warehouse to ensure timely and correct fulfillment.
• Inventory Management:
  • Coordinate with the purchasing department to maintain adequate stock levels.
  • Implement strategies to minimize stockouts and overstock situations optimizing inventory turnover and storage costs.
• Marketplace Analysis:
  • Conduct regular analysis to understand market trends pricing strategies and product offerings.
  • Develop strategies to maintain a competitive edge and capitalize on market opportunities.
• Compliance and Policy Adherence:
  • Stay updated with Amazon policies guidelines and best practices.
  • Ensure all activities comply with Amazons terms of service and policies to maintain account health.
• Continuous Improvement:
  • Stay informed about the latest trends tools and techniques in ecommerce and Amazon FBA.
  • Identify opportunities for process optimization automation and efficiency improvements.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience managing Amazon FBA operations and driving sales growth.
• Indepth knowledge of Amazon Seller Central and FBA processes.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make datadriven decisions.
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
• Detailoriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fastpaced dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
• Certification or training in Amazon FBA or ecommerce management is a plus.
• Must be fully conversational in English.

NicetoHaves:

• Experience with Excel Sheets and some WMS or ERP systems.
• Familiarity with global inventory management practices.
