Job Description
JOB DESCRIPTION FOR ARCHITECTS:
Design and develop building plans blueprints and models for new construction renovations and restorations
Collaborate with clients engineers contractors and other stakeholders to ensure project goals and objectives are met
Conduct site analyses assess environmental impact and ensure compliance with building codes and regulations
Requirements
Professional degree in Architecture (B.Arch or M.Arch)
5 years of experience in architectural design and project management
Proficiency in CAD software (e.g. Autodesk Revit SketchUp) and other design tools
Strong communication collaboration and project management skills
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Familiarity with building codes zoning regulations and industry standard
