Leading mechanical technology manufacturing company in the Leominster area is seeking a dynamic and motivated Technical Sales Engineer to join their team and drive growth by understanding customer needs showcasing products and solutions and securing sales.
Responsibilities:
Develop a deep understanding of our products and solutions to effectively communicate their benefits and value to prospective clients.
Identify and qualify new sales opportunities through networking and market research.
Conduct product demonstrations and technical presentations to potential customers.
Collaborate with the engineering and product development teams to ensure customer requirements are met.
Prepare and deliver technical proposals and quotations.
Provide presales and postsales technical support to customers.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients ensuring customer satisfaction and repeat business.
Oversee projects from inception to completion ensuring all customer needs are met and projects are delivered on time and within scope.
Stay uptodate with industry trends and advancements to effectively position our products in the market.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 3 years of experience in a technical sales role preferably in industrial automation.
High school diploma or equivalent required; a technical degree is a plus.
Strong understanding of technical products and solutions.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Proven ability to build and maintain client relationships.
Strong problemsolving and project management skills.
Selfmotivated and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
