Position Overview: As a NorwegianSpeaking Platform Safety Representative youll play a pivotal role in safeguarding our platforms integrity. Your responsibilities will include monitoring user activity enforcing safety policies and responding to user inquiries related to safety concerns. While previous experience in platform safety or a related field is advantageous we welcome candidates who demonstrate a strong commitment to online safety and possess excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor user activity on the platform to identify and address safetyrelated issues.
• Enforce safety policies and guidelines to ensure compliance and maintain a secure environment.
• Respond promptly and professionally to user inquiries and reports regarding safety concerns.
• Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to develop and implement strategies for enhancing platform safety.

Qualifications:

• Fluency in Norwegian with proficiency in English.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills both written and verbal.
• Ability to work effectively in a fastpaced environment and prioritize tasks efficiently.
• Prior experience in platform safety or a related field is preferred but not required.
