Job Description

This position is only available to Arabicspeaking applicants who currently reside in Kuwait.

Role Summary:
The New Installation Sales Engineer collaborates with the New Installation sales team to effectively communicate and demonstrate the technological features of the companys products. This position is crucial in driving the companys growth by identifying and capitalizing on new business opportunities in the installation of elevators and related systems. The primary responsibility for this role is to lead the sales efforts for new installation projects from initial client engagement to project completion collaborating closely with various stakeholders including architects developers building owners and contractors to understand their requirements and develop customized solutions that meet their needs.

Position Location: Kuwait
Business Industry: Elevators Escalators and Moving Walkways

Main Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities in the installation of elevators and escalators within the assigned territory or market segment.
  • Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of prospects through effective networking cold calling and relationship building.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with key decisionmakers including architects developers building owners and contractors.
  • Conduct client meetings presentations and site visits to understand their requirements address concerns and propose tailored solutions that align with their objectives.
  • Collaborate with the engineering and design teams to develop innovative and costeffective solutions that meet the technical specifications safety standards and aesthetic preferences of clients.
  • Prepare and present detailed proposals including project scope timelines pricing and contractual terms.
  • Oversee the entire sales cycle from project inception to handover ensuring seamless coordination between internal teams and external stakeholders.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients addressing any inquiries or issues that may arise throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends market developments and competitor activities to identify emerging opportunities and potential threats.
  • Provide insights and recommendations to senior management to optimize sales strategies and drive business growth.
  • Adhere to all health and safety rules of the company.
Requirements and qualifications:
  • Bachelors Degree in Engineering (Mechanical/Electrical).
  • Relevant certifications will be an added advantage.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in the Elevator industry.
  • Excellent negotiation and persuading skills.
  • Excellent presentation and creativity skills.
  • Solid technical background in SAP VIEW and other Sales software relevant to the industry.
  • Problemsolving and conflictmanagement skills.
  • Excellent communication skills in Arabic and English.
  • Strong decisionmaking skills.
