Assistant Director of Talent Culture HR

Job Duties:

Support the development and implementation of talent management strategies to enhance employee performance and development.
Participate in the design and implementation of recruitment, training and development programs.
Manage and analyze performance and employee data to provide recommendations for improving the work environment.
Contribute to enhancing the work culture and company environment through cultural and social initiatives.
Deal with employee-related inquiries and complaints and work to resolve them effectively.
Provide support in managing rewards and incentive programs and ensure their adherence to company policies.
