Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated and energetic Entry Level Sales Assistant to join our team in Philadelphia PA. The Sales Assistant will support the sales team in managing client accounts generating leads and providing exceptional customer service.

Salary range:

$18.00 to $28.00 hourly

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the sales team in daily sales activities and administrative tasks.
• Generate and qualify leads through cold calling email outreach and networking.
• Maintain and update customer databases and CRM systems.
• Schedule and coordinate meetings appointments and followups with clients.
• Prepare sales presentations proposals and reports.
• Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and trends.
• Support the sales team in achieving sales targets and goals.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel PowerPoint Outlook).
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
