Job Description
Job Duties:
Welcome guests and direct them to the appropriate tables.
Present menus and beverages, and make recommendations when requested.
Take orders from guests and communicate them to the kitchen or bar.
Serve food and beverages promptly and accurately.
Ensure guest satisfaction and address any complaints or inquiries.
Keep the service area and tables clean and tidy.
Follow up on invoices and payments and make financial settlements.
Skills Required:
Strong communication skills to interact with guests in a courteous and professional manner.
Organization and time management skills to ensure efficient service delivery.
