Job Duties:
Manage and organize room service operations and ensure high quality service.
Supervise the team in the room service department and distribute tasks among them.
Deal with guest requests and meet their needs effectively and in a timely manner.
Follow up on guest satisfaction levels and deal with complaints and problems in a professional manner.
Ensure adherence to cleanliness and safety standards at all times.
Coordinate with other departments to ensure that guest requests are met in an integrated manner.
