Job Duties:
Welcome visitors and customers with a warm and professional welcome, and provide necessary information and guidance.
Manage and organize the check-in and check-out process for guests efficiently.
Handle customer inquiries and resolve their issues quickly and effectively.
Coordinate with various departments to ensure that customer needs are met comprehensively.
Follow up and document all transactions and update records accurately.
Provide administrative and technical support to the team in the office as needed.
