Independent Landscape Designer and Estimator

We are currently seeking an experienced and talented Independent Landscape Designers and Estimators to join our team. Our designers/estimators are the main point of contact for customers from start to finish ensuring that our clients receive exceptional service and beautiful functional outdoor spaces. We provide landscape construction(designing building) gardening & planting as well as snow & ice management services to our customers. We take great pride in our work which is why we are expanding rapidly and adding to our team. Role and Responsibilities:

• Conduct initial consultations with customers to understand their goals and vision for their landscaping projects.
  
• Create detailed design plans that align with customer goals.
  
• Build accurate and competitive estimates for the design plans.
  
• Present design plans and estimates to customers and secure project approvals.
  
• Manage the customer relationship throughout the installation process ensuring satisfaction and addressing any concerns.
  

Compensation:

• Commissionbased pay structure.
  
• Earn 90% of the design fee (e.g. $1800 for a $2000 design plan).
  
• Earn 10% of all project payments for the projects you sell and manage.
