Job Description
Respond to any problems and follow up with the appropriate departments or field units.
Maintain and operate a multiline telephone console system.
Respond to product and deliveryrelated inquiries.
Direct crews and other field units to the appropriate locations using the radio phone or computer.
Prioritize and categorize calls based on their importance.
To prioritize their daily program supervise the route and status of field units.
Keep call logs call records and other vital paperwork up to date.
Requirements
A minimum of two years experience in a similar job is required.
Strong understanding of emergency procedures and protocols.
Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
Proficient in Microsoft Office with data entry experience.
The ability to work well under duress.
