Talent and Culture Coordinator Saudi National

Job Duties:

Coordinate and implement talent development and training programs to enhance employee skills.
Support efforts to enhance organizational culture and improve the work environment.
Organize cultural and social events and activities that enhance employee engagement.
Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training and development programs and provide recommendations for improvement.
Manage recruitment processes and coordinate between departments to ensure that human resources needs are met.
Provide administrative and logistical support for cultural activities and organizational initiatives.
