Job Description
Job Duties:
Supervise food and beverage operations to ensure quality and compliance with standards.
Coordinate and organize food and beverage preparation and serving operations in the facility.
Manage, train and direct the work team to ensure excellent service.
Follow up and analyze performance reports and make recommendations to improve operations.
Monitor inventory levels and manage orders to ensure availability of essential materials.
Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a professional and efficient manner.
Ensure compliance with food health and safety standards.
