Job Description
- Engaging with customers in a technical consultancy and advisor role throughout the customer journey providing technical and solution guidance for our Postgres Platform
- Create and conduct product demonstrations
- Serve as the primary point of contact for 3rd-level technical support
- Gather requirements from potential customers.
- Propose Postgres-based solutions to potential customers.
- Guide engineering roadmap to better fit what customers are expecting.
