GoNanas is your modernday baking co shaking up the baking aisle with their vegan glutenfree and allergenfriendly bananabased baking mixes.

GoNanas is changing the way we bake with our vegan gluten free and allergenfriendly banana bread cookie and pancake mixes. We like to think we’ve “cracked the code” to making baked goods taste truly homemade from a mix. You can’t even tell they’re betterforyou because they taste THAT good. You can find us in every Whole Foods Market Target Wegmans and other natural and conventional grocery stores and we continue to rapidly grow our nationwide distribution.

What You Will Do

As the Sales and Analytics Manager at GoNanas you will drive the company's growth by leveraging datadriven insights and analytics to spearhead customer acquisition revenue generation and category leadership across channels. You will build out the field sales division hiring and leading field merchandisers while setting strategic direction and performance expectations for merchandisers.

Based in Chicago reporting into our CoFounders your role is to craft compelling stories utilizing data while creating promotion plans to drive velocity and delivering actionable findings through comprehensive reports and presentations.

Responsibilities:

  • Utilize syndicated data to story tell during sales pitches conduct presentations and lead conversations with internal and external partners.
  • Drive distribution gains and velocities across key retailers.
  • Lead category strategy and review meeting preparation for retailers.
  • Understand opportunity gaps and proactively build case and sales stories to close gaps
  • Work with CoFounders to optimize trade spend in alignment with the company’s sales strategy and proactively track progress toward operational goals.
  • Create guide and inspire the field sales team to develop impactful promotions.

Who You Are

As someone who expertly blends creativity and analytics you lead in crafting sales strategies diving into data and steering your team to success. As the Sales and Analytics Manager you are the driving force behind dynamic retailer experiences where your vision entrepreneurial mindset and propensity towards leading others to shine.

Qualifications:

  • 5 years of proven experience in sales including account management and retail execution within the F&B CPG industry.
  • Proven expertise in data management and analytics with a strong emphasis on leveraging insights to drive sales performance.
  • Proficiency in trade spend management analysis and execution at both strategic and operational levels.
  • Experience extracting and manipulating data with excel from SPINS and other thirdparty data tools.
  • Excellent communication negotiation and organizational skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • This role is in office 4 days a week in Chicago.
