Job Description
Job Duties:
Prepare and prepare pastries and desserts according to specified recipes and standards.
Supervise the pastry department and ensure efficient operation.
Develop new recipes and improve existing dishes to meet customer needs.
Ensure timely and high quality products are delivered.
Monitor ingredient storage and manage inventory effectively.
Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of work area and tools used.
Adhere to food safety and personal hygiene standards.
