Tasks

Your role:

• Personnel responsibility: You will be the team leader for our financial accounting department.
• Accounting and financial management: You will be responsible for advance VAT returns the preparation of monthly and annual financial statements and ongoing bookkeeping.
• Reporting and analysis: You will prepare regular financial reports/analyses and provide decisionrelevant information to the management.
• Purchasing management: You create proposals for repeat orders based ondemand planning and act as an interface for questions from the logistics and product teams.
• Finance development: You will support the development of our financial strategy in line with Feelgrounds vision and contribute to longterm planning and budgeting.
• Independent work and innovation: You work independently report on results and actively contribute ideas to improve our processes. You are open to working with new programs and technologies and contribute to the ongoing optimization and digitalization of our financial processes.
• Payment transactions: You are responsible for the correct and timely processing of payments including the settlement of invoices payouts to affiliate partners and refunds to customers.

Requirements

What you are:

• Experience in accounting: you have sound knowledge and several years of experience in accounting and financial management.
• Analytical skills and knowledge of Excel: You are adept at using Excel and use it effectively to analyze and prepare data. Understanding complex interrelationships and deriving wellfounded recommendations for action is something you succeed in and enjoy.
• Innovation through automation: You continuously develop the processes in your team and automate where possible also using new technologies.
• High reliability and selfmanagement: You deliver highquality work reliably and on time and can organize your tasks independently and efficiently.
• Leadership experience: You can demonstrate initial success in developing employees.
• Time management and meeting deadlines: You can manage time effectively prioritize and deliver on time.
• Bonus: Proficiency in German is a big plus.
