Sales Marketing Manager - Shaden Resort

Job Duties:

Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to enhance resort presence and increase bookings.
Manage and coordinate marketing campaigns and advertising including digital and print campaigns.
Analyze market data and customer trends to guide marketing strategies.
Manage the sales and marketing team, directing them to achieve set performance targets.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and business partners.
Monitor marketing performance and provide periodic reports to management on results and recommendations.
