Job Description
Job Duties:
Design and implement learning and development program strategies according to the organization's needs.
Evaluate the effectiveness of training and development programs and make recommendations for improvement.
Manage and coordinate training activities, including content development and trainer selection.
Collaborate with management teams to identify training needs and develop learning plans.
Manage budgets related to training and development programs and provide periodic reports on results.
Follow trends and developments in the field of training and development to implement best practices.
