Job Summary: We are seeking a friendly organized and detailoriented Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our company and will play a key role in ensuring our office operates smoothly. This position requires excellent communication skills a professional demeanor and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
- Answer screen and forward incoming phone calls.
- Manage the scheduling and coordination of meetings and appointments.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry filing and document preparation.
- Maintain office supplies inventory and order as needed.
- Provide basic and accurate information inperson and via phone/email.
- Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing photocopying and faxing.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in Office Management is a plus.
- Handson experience with office equipment (e.g. fax machines and printers).
- Professional attitude and appearance.
- Solid written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Multitasking and timemanagement skills with the ability to prioritize tasks.
