Relevant Experience on Mandatory Skills

Minimum bachelor s degree required

5 years experience with endtoend development of Adobe Analytics 2 years in Adobe Target and AEP

Experience with data visualization tools

Must be detail oriented with strong analytical and communication skills

Strong analytical skills. Ability to problem solve independently. Able to analyze large volumes of raw data draw conclusions and develop actionable recommendations.

Job Description

Develop daily weekly and monthly reporting on the health of the digital product and sales funnel

Conduct deep analysis on customer pathing and insights to optimize site experience

Evaluate the contribution of marketing channels to overall site performance. Recommend strategic shifts to marketing spend to improve ROI

Leverage data and analytics to provide insights around customer behavior and sentiment; identify improvement opportunities

Ensure timely followup of actionable customer feedback (i.e. facilitate outreach to sales agents or end customers)

Work with stakeholders across the business to review and drive the endtoend customer experience including the development of new services

Suggested the Optimization techniques to improve the website conversions based on the Adobe Analytics data.

Extraction of monthly weekly and Quarterly reports based on the Client requirements

Assist in finding insights and create recommendations via written and verbal communications that can be understood by a broad audience

Contribute to a culture of continuous improvement and agile development.
