Job Description

Customer Engagement and Relationship Building: Engage with customers to understand their business requirements, challenges, and goals. Build strong relationships and trust by providing expert advice, addressing technical concerns, and delivering exceptional customer service.
Solution Design and Proposal Development: Work closely with key customers and the product development and engineering teams to facilitate the design of cloud solutions that meet their specific requirements. Develop comprehensive proposals, including technical specifications, pricing, and implementation plans, to effectively communicate the value proposition of the cloud products.
