Job Description
Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field. Specialized certifications in Talent Management or Organizational Culture are a plus.
Talent Management: Ability to develop and implement strategies to attract, develop, and retain talent within the organization.
Organizational Culture Management: Skills in fostering and developing organizational culture that aligns with the company’s values and goals, and fostering a positive work environment.
Strategic Planning: Ability to design and implement HR strategies that support overall business objectives.
Performance Management: Skills in designing and implementing performance management systems, and providing mentoring and coaching to HR staff.
