Duty Manager - Saudi Only

Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field. Training certificates in operations management or leadership are an added advantage.

Operations Management: Ability to organize and manage daily operations during the shift, ensuring smooth and efficient workflow.

Team Leadership: Skills in leading and directing the work team, assigning tasks, evaluating performance, and motivating employees to achieve goals.

Effective Communication: Skills in communicating with the work team and customers, and providing guidance and feedback in a clear and professional manner.

Problem Solving: Ability to deal with problems and emergency situations and make quick and effective decisions to resolve them.

Organization and Supervision: Skills in organizing and managing time, and monitoring workflow during the shift to ensure adherence to standards and policies.
