Job Description

Our Finance & Strategy team provides an array of comprehensive services catering specifically to our clients unique and evolving circumstances which require creative and careful consideration decision making and guidance. Our services focus on M&A Transactions Due Diligence Capital Raisings Private Placements and Corporate Strategy.
Due to expanding business the firm is looking to hire an Associate to provide direct support to a Project Manager and coordinate a team of analysts.
WHAT YOULL DO
- Direct support to Project Manager on ad hoc client related projects
- Closely coordinate the work of a team of Analysts/Senior Analysts
- Provide ongoing training to Analysts/Senior Analysts
- Daily interaction and troubleshooting with high profile clients (primary liaison)
- Handling daytoday correspondence with clients and their representatives
- Generating client facing presentations and pitchbooks data analysis and financial modelling
WHAT YOU HAVE
- Minimum 3 years of professional experience in the Financial Services Industry with strong Corporate Finance and M&A expertise namely as part of a Big4 Consultancy firm Investment Bank or Private Equity firm
- Fluency in English at a proficient level. Previous fulltime education taught in English or previous fulltime employment in a country of official English language are an advantage
- Undergraduate degree in a relevant subject (Finance Business Economics or similar)
- Competency in Microsoft Office Suite particularly Excel and PowerPoint (advanced level)
- Interest in the financial services industry and good awareness of the industry
- Advanced technical and analytical skills in Corporate Finance
- Strong attention to detail and organisation skills
- Time management
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Work and think clearly under pressure
- Selfmotivation
- Ability to work in a fastpaced environment
- Flexible working approach
