Job Description
Title: Information Security Platform Administrator
Client: Maryland Judiciary
Location: The Maryland Judiciary Information Systems 189 Harry S. Truman

Job Description.
- Must have at least one (1) year of experience in providing recruitment staffing and/or professional consulting services.
- Associate degree in an ITrelated field (as determined by the AOC).
- Ten (10) years of relevant IT work experience with at least five (5) years in information security and SaaS management and administration.
- Two (2) years of handson design implementation application customization and support experience with SaaS platforms.
- Experience with configuration deployment and operation of two (2) or more of the following SAAS platforms: SailPoint CyberArk Microsoft Purview Archer Risk
- Possession of any industryleading networking certifications at a professional level.
- Serving as the primary technical support lead participating in the planning design installation administration operations and daily activities of multiple SAAS platforms ensuring stable scalable redundant and secure information security technical operations.
- Acting as the systems matter expert and primary support contact for the Information Security Team opening support calls as needed to troubleshoot and resolve issues.
- Engaging with Information Security and Judiciary Information Systems staff to provide daily support activities configuration and operational support across platforms enhancing operational activities and administering technical activities on these platforms.
- Performing primary job duties including working with Information Security platforms to test and deploy services building out functionality and automation to improve business operations and streamlining workflow processes.
- Monitoring system performance troubleshooting and creating process and procedure documentation in support of JIS statewide security operations.
- Leading scheduling coordinating and guiding activities with the Information Security Team other JIS teams and vendors to support information security operations business process development risk management framework identity and access management user attestations disaster recovery planning business continuity planning audit response and governance.
- Deploying configuring administering and creating customizations and improvements of SAAS software to meet the business needs of the Information Security department.
- Developing new processes procedures and workflows to improve security operations.
- Providing problem determination and resolution through the analysis and diagnostics of various issues including software configuration problems security issues and performance problems.
- Generating regular status reports technical and procedural documents and hosting weekly status meetings/calls with the team as needed.
- Providing Information Security staff training on all areas of the supported platforms.
- Ability to present technical information for knowledge transfer and training purposes.
- Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with peers end users vendor development staff and all levels of management and judicial personnel.
- Ability to troubleshoot applicationspecific problems and open support tickets as needed to address systems functionality issues.
Experience with SailPoint, CyberArk, Microsoft Purview and Archer with the ability to learn
