Job Description
Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field. Advanced certifications or training in talent management and culture development are a plus.
Talent Management Knowledge: Comprehensive understanding of talent management practices, including attracting, developing, and retaining employees.
Communication Skills: Ability to communicate effectively with employees at all levels, providing support and guidance on career development and organizational culture issues.
Culture Development: Ability to develop and foster a positive work culture that aligns with the company’s values and goals.
Program Management: Ability to design and implement training and development programs for company employees, and analyze the effectiveness of these programs.
