Job Description
Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in security, security management, or related field. Advanced professional certifications in security such as Certified Protection Professional (CPP) may be preferred.
Security and Safety Knowledge: Comprehensive understanding of security systems, security procedures, and preventive measures to protect people and property.
Team Management: Ability to lead and direct security teams, including training and evaluating staff performance.
Strategic Planning: Ability to develop and implement security strategies and plans that align with company goals and requirements.
Crisis Management: Skills in crisis management and handling emergency situations effectively and quickly.
Knowledge of Laws and Regulations: Knowledge of local and international laws and regulations related to security and safety.
