Spa Receptionist

Educational Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent, preferably in some cases a training certificate or diploma in hotel management or related field.

Communication Skills: Ability to communicate effectively with customers and provide excellent service, both verbally and in writing.

Customer Service Skills: Skills in receiving guests, handling their inquiries and needs, and resolving any issues that may arise.

Appointment Management: Ability to schedule appointments and organize reservations in an efficient manner to ensure smooth running of the business.

Organizational Skills: Ability to organize and receive requests, handle payments, and handle general front office tasks.
