Job Description
This role is pivotal in motivating and rewarding our topperforming agents through memorable incentive travel experiences. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in event planning relationship management and a passion for delivering exceptional experiences.
- Develop and implement a comprehensive strategy for agent incentive trips aligned with
company goals and sales targets. - Plan and coordinate all aspects of incentive trips including destination selection itinerary planning activities accommodations and logistics.
- Collaborate with travel vendors hotels and event organizers to negotiate contracts and
ensure a seamless execution of trips. - Monitor budget allocations and expenditures related to incentive trips to ensure financial goals are met.
- Act as the primary point of contact for agents participating in incentive trips providing clear communication support and assistance throughout the planning and execution phases.
- Create excitement and anticipation among agents through effective promotion and
communication of incentive trip details and qualifications. - Track and analyze performance metrics related to incentive trip qualifications and achievements.
- Provide regular reports and insights to management on the effectiveness and impact of
incentive trips on agent motivation and performance. - Build and maintain strong relationships with topperforming agents recognizing their
achievements and fostering a positive and supportive environment. - Collaborate with internal stakeholders including sales teams marketing and finance to
ensure alignment of incentive trip initiatives with overall company objectives. - Continuously seek feedback from agents and stakeholders to improve the quality and impact of incentive trip programs.
Job Requirements
- At least a Diploma/ Degree in Marketing/ Business/ Advertising/ Media others or
equivalent. - At least 45 years experience in MLM industry.
- Excellent leadership and managerial skills.
- Strong analytical abilities and strategic thinking.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
- Required to travel overseas for work.
