Job Description

Sparks Wiz Limited is an engineering consultancy firm seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in customer service and possess strong communication skills as well as a desire to be part of a growing company.

Responsibilities:

As a Customer Service Representative you will take incoming calls from our customers and make outbound customer calls for followup and upselling purposes. Above all you will use your communication and active listening skills to provide customers with exceptional service.

Provide exceptional customer supports by responding to inquiries resolving issues and handling customer complaints in a professional manner.

Utilize product knowledge to assist customers with their inquiries and provide information about products and services.

Interact with Engineers and team members to accurately and efficiently schedule services and ensure completion.

Schedule and dispatch drivers work crews vehicles or equipment to appropriate locations according to predetermined schedules customer requests or immediate needs

Relay information to and from work crews field inspectors and supervisors

Qualifications:

As a Customer Service Representative you must be pleasant and professional with an engaging personality and possess the ability to function equally well both independently and in a team environment. You must be detail oriented and focused with a flexible and adaptable nature.

Previous experience in customer service call center is preferred.

Strong communication skills and the ability to interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner.

Spanish speaking is a plus.

Basic understanding of retail math for processing transactions.

Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently.

Organizational skills to maintain accurate customer records and information.
