Job Description

Top Secret Clearance Required Hybrid 5 Yrs Sep/Oct Start

ACES is seeking Cybersecurity Data Analyst to support DoD CIO. Hybrid Work requires ACTIVE TOP SECRET CLEARANCE on 5 Year Contract starting in Sep/Oct at offices in the Mark Center Pentagon and Crystal City. Work involves enhancing the Departments cyber workforce analytics and reporting including compensation trends and personnel tracking.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Clearance: Active Top Secret
  • Education/Experience: Masters degree in field related to tasking and 12 years of relevant experience or bachelors degree in field related to tasking with 14 Years of Relevant experience
  • Technical: Must be proficient in one or more of the following tools: Power BI Qlik Sense Databricks Microsoft 365 (DoD365) to include Office MS Teams and SharePoint Online
  • Communication: Requires excellent verbal and writing communication skills and strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

STRUCTURE

  • Contract Length: 5 years
  • Work Location: Mark Center Pentagon Crystal City
  • Telework: In office 23 days per week/as required rest telework
  • Start Date: Sep/Oct 2024

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Assist in developing analytics that support statutory and policy reporting requirements for the Cyber workforce using Power BI Qlik Sense and Databricks.
  • Ensure the integration of new analytics with existing reporting systems and requirements.
  • Provide insights and recommendations based on analytic findings to support decisionmaking processes.
  • Conduct ongoing studies and analysis of cyber compensation trends in both the private and public sectors.
  • Utilize commercial labor market surveys and departmental workforce data to assess compensation trends.
  • Evaluate the potential impact of compensation trends on the Departments ability to recruit and retain personnel in key cyber mission areas.
  • Prepare reports and presentations on findings to inform workforce planning and policy decisions.
  • Develop and maintain analytic capabilities for tracking cyber personnel and positions.
  • Monitor workforce metrics to identify trends gaps and opportunities for improvement.
  • Collaborate with HR and other relevant departments to ensure accurate and uptodate tracking of cyber workforce data.
  • Generate reports and dashboards to support workforce management and strategic planning.
