Italian Content Moderator

Location: Porto Portugal
Schedule: Rotative Shifts (24/7 coverage 2 days off per week)
Base Salary: 950 EUR per 14 months

Language Bonus: 200 per 12 months

Meal Allowance (net): 1837 per year

Relocation Package (for Porto):

• Outside Portugal: Airfare reimbursement (up to 700 EUR Economy class after 90 days)
• Inside Portugal: Travel costs reimbursement (up to 150 EUR Economy class after 90 days)
• Temporary Accommodation: Hotel room for 28 days (for those relocating from outside Portugal)

Qualifications:

• Strong computer navigation skills and PC knowledge
• Effective communication skills in Italian (C1) and English (B2) both written and verbal
• Dependable with strong attention to detail
• Ability to multitask and adapt to changes in a fastpaced environment
• Tolerance for repetitive tasks
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Patience and professionalism in customer interactions
• Flexibility in work schedule
• Associate degree in a related field preferred with 6 months to 1 year of relevant experience
• Strong customer service orientation

Type of Contract: Permanent Contract

Tasks:

• Reviewing online videos content complaints and legal notices related to copyright issues
• Reviewing and updating content on a popular social media platform
• Auditing content for social media uploads
• Ensuring services meet contractual Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
• Maintaining knowledge of client products and services
• Adhering strictly to accuracy guidelines
• Ensuring customer data protection and compliance processes
