Job Description
Educational Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field. Specialized certificates in project management or hotel engineering are an added advantage.
Project Management: Ability to plan and implement hotel maintenance, construction and renovation projects, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.
Maintenance Management: Skills in supervising facility and equipment maintenance activities to ensure they operate efficiently and in accordance with health and safety standards.
Team Management: The ability to lead and direct a team of engineers and technicians, train them, develop their skills, and coordinate their work effectively.
Supplier Management: Skills in dealing with suppliers and contractors, and managing maintenance and supply contracts to ensure the quality of services and equipment.
