Job Description
- Manage, motivate, and coach all technical team members → direct supervision and full accountability for the company's team.
- Ensure the team is productive
- Design optimal solutions to engineering problems
- Manage the software dev. (sprint) process (with flexibility to refine the approach)
- Define and follow up on sprint tasks
- Ensure complete and timely delivery
- Be fully accountable for the products’ data accuracy + coverage, uptime, scalability, efficiency
- Orchestrate deployments & QA (performed by the team)
- Secondary responsibilities: manage or co-manage client integrations
