Job Description
- Manage the different contract agreements (Consortium Agreement - Main Contract - Subcontracts) across all elements of the Project throughout the entire project lifecycle. The requested role is Subcontractors-focused.
- Develop the Commercial strategy to secure delay claims and monetary claims
- Develop strategies to secure Alstom’s interests with the different stakeholders.
- Report to the management the risks and the opportunities against the different stakeholders.
