Job Description
- Handling cash and making sure that the treasury covers all operations of the day, following up all the expenses of the company and making sure that all supporting documents are available.
- Recording all accounting entries related to treasury operations in preparation for making the Treasury Journal report.
- Make a cash movement report, outgoing cash and incoming cash and send it to the financial manager.
- Making cash exchange receipts and attaching supporting documents, while making sure that the receipts match their order on the accounting system.
- Print the Treasury Journal report and attach the supporting receipts for the transactions that were carried out in it after reviewing and signing them and sending them to the financial manager for review and approval.
- Follow up the amount of cash inside the safe to see if it will be enough for daily transactions and to know what is required to be deposited inside the safe.
- Preparing the monthly archive of the Treasury movement, the movement of checks, the custody of couriers, the custody of the sales team and the merchants' team, making sure that they send receipts for the receipt of the custody monthly, making sure that all tax invoices are delivered to the tax accountant and reviewing all archive files for archiving.
- Make a reconciliation of the balances of the notes receivable for each company individually with the status of the checks sheet in the treasury and the bank.
