Job Description
Residential HVAC Sales Estimator
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Residential HVAC Sales Estimator to lead our sales efforts in HVAC system installations and repairs. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HVAC system design and sales with at least 5 years of relevant experience. This role requires meticulous attention to detail in creating accurate repair and equipment quotes as well as the ability to manage and grow a sales team effectively.
Responsibilities:
Promptly and accurately create repair quotes for customers.
Develop and present new equipment quotes ensuring accurate pricing and comprehensive proposals.
Oversee the sales process from initial customer contact through installation ensuring customer satisfaction at every stage.
Collaborate closely with our Field Supervisor to ensure projects are scoped accurately and executed efficiently.
Continuously refine product offerings based on market trends and customer feedback.
Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve growth targets and expand market presence.
Requirements:
Minimum 5 years of experience in HVAC system design and sales.
Strong computer proficiency with experience in HVAC software systems preferred.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Mechanical aptitude and understanding of HVAC systems and installation processes.
Proven ability to lead and motivate a sales team towards achieving goals.
Customer service experience preferred.
