Job Title: Quality Control (QC) Analyst
Location: Columbia, SC
Pay Rate: $24/hr
About the role: The Quality Control Analyst is responsible for auditing cases, profiles, and calls in accordance with Critical to Quality tasks outlined by the SC DHHS project and the SC DHHS Project Management team. The QA Analyst will provide their feedback of their findings and Work closely with Quality Supervisor and Quality Management as well with the Quality Control (QA) teams to meet and exceed customer and in house quality expectations.

Minimum Requirements:
• Yellow Belt Lean Six Sigma (preferred but not required)
• Experience working in Quality Assurance (Strongly Preferred)
• 2+ years of call center experience
• Experience with Medical Records Review
• Proficient Office 365 Skills Responsibilities:
• Help enforce quality assurance standards through different projects.
• Meet established metrics by the Management team.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Good communication, presentation, organizational and leadership skills.
• Communicate quality audit findings.
• Recommend corrective actions based on audit findings.
• Compile and analyze data to identify trends.
• Help motivate the “quality is everyone’s responsibility” mentality.
• Work on continuous improvement events, when needed- “Kaizen.”
• Work together with SC DHHS Project Management team to ensure excellent product delivery.
• Perform Inspections, Audits and Testing for QA.
• Ability to adapt to change in a fast-paced work environment.
