Job Description
- Legal Advisory: Provide expert legal advice to senior management, interpreting laws and regulations.
- Contract Management: Draft, review, and negotiate contracts ensuring compliance with legal requirements and organizational policies.
- Compliance Monitoring: Monitor legislative changes to ensure organizational compliance with all applicable laws.
- Risk Management: Identify and mitigate legal risks within the organization.
- Litigation and Dispute Resolution: Manage litigation processes and liaise with external legal counsel as needed.
- Corporate Governance Advisory: Advise on corporate governance matters and assist in preparing and filing corporate documents.
- Policy Development: Develop and implement organizational policies, ensuring they comply with legal requirements.
- Training and Development: Conduct legal training for employees and mentor junior legal staff.
