Job Description
- Windows Server Administration and Management
- System Backups
- MSSQL and MYSQL Admin
- Server Security
- Working on virtualization technologies like HyperV
- Candidate will be responsible for troubleshooting of tickets monitoring the server infrastructure and handling escalated tickets of low to medium complexity
- Deliverables will include ticket ownership response resolution and update and handle escalated tickets from various levels.
- Ensure adherence to customer SLAs across all levels
- Collaborate with fellow system administrators and support team members
Requirements
- Thorough knowledge of Windows Server Environment
- Experience into web hosting industry preferred
- Outstanding troubleshooting skills
- Ability to multitask and handle pressure
- Excellent communication skills
- Ownership and followup skills
- Should be able to perform independently and in teams
