Your Responsibilities:

• Job Coaching & Career Counseling: You will be the goto resource for veterans offering expert guidance on career paths resume writing and job search strategies.
  
• Communication Support: Help veterans refine their communication skills to confidently showcase their qualifications during interviews.
  
• Career Development: Work with veterans to identify their strengths set career goals and develop a personalized career development plan.
  
• Interview Preparation: Provide essential coaching on interview skills helping veterans present themselves professionally and confidently.
  

Leveraging Technology:

• Our innovative AI Chat Bot BMax will take the lead on conducting mock interviews allowing you to focus on personalized coaching and feedback.

Contract & Compensation:

This is a 100% remote contractbased (1099) role. Compensation will be based on your performance and the number of veterans you successfully assist.
