Mandat Responsable de la pratique AQ en TI ID619

M3C est la recherche d une(e) consultant(e) "QA Practice Lead (ID619) pour effectuer un mandat de 12 mois (renouvelable). Le client est dans le domaine minier et la r le s effectue en t l travail. Il y a des d placements pr voir vers les diff rentes places d affaires.

* noter que le mandat doit d buter vers le mois doctobre 2024.

** La description des responsabilit s est en anglais car il est essentiel d tre bilingue (anglaisfran ais).

Les responsabilit s du QA practice lead sont :

• Provide immediate QA services in selected ongoing and new key projects including as relevant :
  
• Business Tests : Test Planification Test Preparation Test Execution Defect Management Test Metrics & Reporting;
  
• Subsequent phase of the QA practices : continuous improvement Risk Management and Compliance.
  
• Participate and support to the practice improvement for Quality Assurance;
  
• Cooperate with Project Management Practice Lead Change Management Practice Lead FA/BA Practice Lead to align practices for the better overall good of the company;
  
• Oversight and direct management of other QA roles (46 individuals);
  
• Participate in implementation and improvement of Quality Assurance and Control toolkit that will suit the companys needs and priorities;
  
• Maintain communication between the parties by working closely with the development teams project managers and other stakeholders to support a collaborative environment foster communication and promote a culture of quality throughout the projects lifecycles;
  
• Participate in RFI (request for information) RFP (request for proposal) processes licensing partner selection and renewal in relation to Quality Assurance and Control;
  
• Support the companys management in their decisionmaking process as needed;
  
• All other tasks required by the nature of his expertise and skills.
  

Requirements

Les exigences requises sont :

• 10 ans d exp rience dans un r le similaire;
  
• Grande capacit de communication et persuasion avec les diff rents paliers hi rarchiques;
  
• Exp rience dans la gestion de d quipe;
  
• Connaitre le domaine manufacturier;
  
• Bonne Connaissance de syst mes ERP comme JD Edward par exemple (ou autres);
  
• tre incorpor (e) au Canada (ou au Qu bec);
  
• Bilinguisme tant l oral qu l crit (fran ais et anglais);
  
• Capacit de pouvoir se d placer au Canada et l tranger.
