Job Description

This is a remote position.

CRD Careers has partnered with a leader in the Fashion/Apparel industry in their search for a Sales Team Supervisor in a Remote role.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Open new customer accounts through cold outreach.
  • Conduct product presentations and showcase the value of offerings.
  • Lead mentor and motivate a team of 35 sales representatives.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive growth and expand the customer base.
  • Monitor sales performance provide feedback and conduct regular team meetings.
  • Assist in recruiting and training new sales reps.
  • Resolve complex customer issues and collaborate with other departments for process improvements.
  • Prepare and present sales reports to management.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and market conditions.



Requirements


  • 7 10 years of proven experience in a sales management role within the fashion retail industry.
  • Strong leadership communication and team management skills.
  • Resultsoriented with a track record of exceeding sales targets.
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite and strong analytical skills.
  • Bachelor s degree in Business Marketing or related field preferred.
  • Flexibility for domestic and international travel and latenight or earlymorning meetings.
