Job Description

What you will be doing:
- Initial and ongoing client contact
- Requesting medical records
- Scheduling medical appointments
- Managing clients medical care
- Opening and closing files
- Calendaring events
- Resolving PD and loss of use
- Reporting claims to MediCal and Medicare for lien resolution
- Preparing files to submit to demand writers
- Providing overall quality client care
Experience you will need:
- Prior experience in case management
- Fluent in Spanish
- Understanding of the Injury Claims process
- Basic knowledge of Medical Terminology
